We are fortunate to have well equipped halls at both of our Churches. These are used by the parish weekly for refreshments after Sunday morning Masses and, from time to time, special events are organised.
In addition to parish events they also host "St Mary's Treehouse" Breakfast, After-school, Pre-school and Holiday clubs, Slimming groups, Keep fit, Martial arts, Irish Dancing, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Morris Dancing, Community Choir, and on occasions counselling and support groups. They are also available as training venues. We can accommodate children's parties at Holy Cross, however there are some restrictions around this eg age and health and safety - these can be discussed on enquiry. Please note that the halls have no bar facilities.
We charge competitive prices. The halls are clean, warm and inviting, and each has a maximum capacity to hold up to 100 people. There is a PA and sound system at Holy Cross. We have small kitchens in each hall from which tea and coffee making facilities are available for your use. Each hall has disabled access, and we also have easy access toilets and baby change facilities.
There is ample car parking on the main church car parks at both venues.
